We want you to be fully satisfied with Foodtruck 360. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. Free Trial

Foodtruck 360 offers a 14-day free trial — no cost and no credit card required. You can use all features of the platform with no commitment.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions — monthly or annual — include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge, for any reason.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Include the email address associated with your account.
  • We process refunds within 5–10 business days.

5. After the 14-Day Period

Once the 14-day period has passed, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for unused months. Access remains active through the end of the subscription period.

7. Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for an unintended renewal, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
