1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Foodtruck 360 ("the Service", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

Foodtruck 360 is a business management system for coffee carts and food trucks, including: employee and shift management, supplier and inventory management, dish cost calculator, cash flow tracking, location journal, and more.

3. User Account

• Each account is intended for one business (one cart).
• You are responsible for maintaining a strong and confidential password.
• Do not share access credentials with anyone who is not an employee of your business.
• You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Do not interfere with the functioning of the service.
• Do not enter false, harmful, or misleading information.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Free trial: 14 days at no cost, no credit card required.
• Monthly and annual billing plans are available — see the sign-up page for current pricing.
• Prices include VAT.
• Non-payment will result in account suspension.
• Payments are processed via Morning (Green Invoice).

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through Account Settings.
• After cancellation, access is maintained until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The system, design, and code belong to Foodtruck 360. The data you enter belongs to you. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

8. Limitation of Liability & Product Warranty

• The service is provided "as is". Foodtruck 360 and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using a product purchased on the website, including data loss or business loss.
• We commit to 99% monthly uptime.
• In the event of a technical failure causing data loss, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it.
• Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Service Delivery Policy

• This is a digital service (SaaS) — access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• After purchase, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• There is no physical delivery — access is provided via browser on any device.
• Account activation: within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases — immediate.

10. Age Restriction

Purchasing on this website is permitted for users aged 18 and over only. By making a purchase on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
